Production Details

• Envelopes are printed flat with full bleed, then cut, folded, and glued. This process allows for complete customization across all panels, including flaps and the envelope interior.

Please allow for a potential 1/16″ shift due to die-cutting and finishing processes.

Design Tips

• For optimal results, use lighter color palettes. Dark, saturated colors such as black, navy, or deep brown may soak into the uncoated paper and lead to ink offsetting or smudging.

• Avoid printing in glue zones and areas marked “No Ink Zone” on our templates to prevent printing errors during finishing.
